Cool about the current implementation is that animations are converted straight to the .bMD5Anim binary format of the Doom 3 BFG edition. This makes it a very tight integration into the existing architecture. The basic idea about the glTF 2 loader is to make it easier getting models into the engine without any third party plugins in Blender.
You can find it on the launch page, just right click on the "Doom BFG edition" and go to the bottom where it says "properties" and then you will see "set launch options and that is where you input the height and width of your resolution. Make sure you leave all quotation marks and just fill in the numbers. #5.

After your done that then you want to go to Doom 3's folder and delete the Doom3BFG executable, and rename the DoomBFA executable to Doom3BFG. Then you want to put these commands as your lauch options +seta r_lightscale 1 +seta com_allowconsole 1 +set fs_game old_ammo. Now there you go, you can play Doom 3 as it was originally intended.
