They did use a bunch of different motherboards in that model series though, so perhaps the newest of them will work with NVMe. You shouldn't have to worry about heat, an overheating SSD is a sign the drive is failing, not a design
My question is, can I install that SSD in my laptop? I asked because I am confused; the tech support told me it can be installed with reduced speed while the store selling the SSD said that my laptop is not capable to have this SSD, one of them said my processor is not fulfilling the threshold (7th gen Core i3)
