Sadly this strategy won't work for the Lootbag as you need 3 Pig Skins for the second upgrade and 4 Demon Fish upgrades for the third. Final upgrades are always a special hunt and are not available until you begin the quest for them. Pigs are easy to come by but when hunting Demon Fish, I like to use a Sniper Rifle.
